Passenger ship De Zuiderzee, ferry service Enkhuizen - Urk

When Urk was still an island, the ferry service between Urk and Enkhuizen was the only connection to the mainland. During the summer months, the passenger ferry De Zuiderzee keeps this unique history alive by continuing to operate this ferry route between Urk and Enkhuizen.

The crossing takes approximately 1.5 hours. There are several daily departures between Urk and Enkhuizen. Departures from Urk are at 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Departures from Enkhuizen are at 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

The ferry service operates from 29 June 2026 until 29 August 2026.
