Accessibility by car
EuroParcs Enkhuizer Strand is easily accessible by car and is located directly on the IJsselmeer, close to the historic centre of Enkhuizen. Thanks to the excellent connections via the A7 and N307, you can reach the park quickly from Amsterdam and the eastern part of the Netherlands, among other places.

Accessibility by train
EuroParcs Enkhuizer Strand is also easily accessible by train. From Amsterdam, you can travel directly to Enkhuizen station in approximately one hour. From the station, it is about a 20-minute walk to the park.
Accessibility by boat
During the summer months, several ferry services depart from the harbour of Enkhuizen. This allows you to discover the surroundings from the water and enjoy a unique crossing.

During reception opening hours, you can easily check in at the park reception.
Are you arriving outside reception opening hours? You can then use a key safe. We kindly ask you to inform the reception of your expected arrival time in advance, so that your arrival can go as smoothly as possible.
We recommend checking your rental accommodation and the available inventory for completeness and any damage immediately after arrival. If anything is not in order regarding the inventory, cleaning, or the accommodation itself, please report this to the reception within 2 hours of arrival.
If any damage or a defect occurs during your stay, please inform the reception as soon as possible, so we can assist you quickly and ensure your stay remains as pleasant as possible.

Can’t check out at the reception? Then we kindly ask you to place the key in the mailbox of the key safe. This can be found on the right-hand side of the central parking area when you leave the park through the barrier.

Hierbij kunnen we jouw hulp goed gebruiken! Je kunt ons helpen door de verlichting uit te zetten en de thermostaat op 10 graden te zetten bij afwezigheid, te letten op onnodig waterverbruik en het afval zoveel mogelijk te scheiden.
Al onze verhuurwoningen voldoen aan de Greenkey normen. We hebben op het park ook woningen die niet in de verhuur zitten, deze worden niet beoordeeld.

Important information during your stay
Despite all our efforts, it may happen that something requires extra attention during your stay. We kindly ask you to report any complaints or comments directly to the reception upon arrival. This allows us to take immediate action and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To provide the best possible service, we kindly ask you to report any faults, (technical) defects and/or (cleaning) complaints to our reception as soon as possible.

Arrival
Check-in is possible from 4:00 pm. Upon arrival, our reception team will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information and help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Parking at the park
You can park your car in the general parking areas at the park. Additional parking spaces are available near our reception.
Please keep the following points in mind:
- Please observe the maximum speed limit of 10 km/h and drive slowly throughout the park.
- When loading and unloading luggage, please avoid blocking the main roads, so they remain accessible for other cars, pedestrians and cyclists.
- Always follow the signs and directions on the park.
Barrier gate
We kindly ask you to provide us with your vehicle registration number in advance. The barrier automatically registers your licence plate and opens when you enter the park.
Wi-Fi
Every accommodation has access to a free Wi-Fi network.
You can find the Wi-Fi code in the accommodation on the modem sticker.
Visitors
Visitors are welcome at EuroParcs Enkhuizer Strand.
We kindly ask you to register visitors at the reception in advance. Visitors can park in the designated parking areas.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome at the park and in accommodations where pets are allowed.
We kindly ask you to keep your dog on a lead at all times while on the park. Along the IJsselmeer, there are beautiful walking routes where you can enjoy a walk with your dog.
When walking your dog, please always clean up after it using a waste bag. This also applies to the garden of your rented accommodation. This way, we keep the park clean and pleasant for all guests.
Pets may only stay in the garden under supervision.
Waste and waste disposal area
You can dispose of your household waste at the waste disposal area on the park. We kindly ask you to separate your waste.
The waste disposal areas are located:
- Park A: near chalet 255 and 256.
- Park B: next to the barrier gate at the entrance of the park.
The waste disposal area has containers for:
- General waste
- Cardboard and paper
- Glass
Quiet hours
Between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am, we kindly ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the park and other guests.
During these hours, please avoid causing noise disturbance and do not drive through the park by car.

Your dog is welcome at EuroParcs Enkhuizer Strand. Cats are unfortunately not allowed.
Where can I take the dog for a swim?
Where can I take the dog for a swim?
Dogs are allowed on the beach near the park, but here too they must be kept on a leash and dog faeces must be cleaned up. Recently, there is also a beach at the holiday park, but dogs are not allowed here. We recommend the Streekbos, 6 minutes by car from the holiday park. Here dogs are allowed to run free in certain areas.

This is not possible on the holiday park. We recommend going to the Visput in Andijk or to Toms Creek in Lelystad.

Where is the reception located?
The reception is located in the swimming pool building. Our address is Kooizandweg 12, 1601 LK Enkhuizen.

Yes, we offer a bread roll service at the park. Guests can order and pay for bread rolls online via the website or by using the QR code available at the reception.
The bread rolls can be collected from the reception the next day at the selected time (from 9:00 a.m. onwards), or they can be delivered to your accommodation between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. for an additional charge of €1.

The barrier is open daily from 07:00 to 00:00. During these hours, you can enter and leave the holiday park by car.
You can leave the park by car at any time. However, between 00:00 and 07:00, it is not possible to enter the park by car. In that case, you can park your car in the central car park and walk to your accommodation.

Yes, this is possible. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM at the reception. A valid ID of the main booker is required for check-in.
If you expect to arrive after reception opening hours, please inform us by email or phone at least one day before arrival. On the day of arrival, the reception team will contact you before closing time to discuss the options for a late check-in.
Please note: late check-in is only possible if the reservation has been paid in full.
You will then receive instructions on how to check in, for example a code for a key safe containing your key or key card.

Yes, bicycles can be rented at the park reception. In and around Enkhuizen, you'll find miles of scenic cycling routes that take you through historic streets, along the IJsselmeer and through the beautiful Dutch countryside.
Cycling is the perfect way to explore both the city and its surroundings at your own pace.

Our campsite is closed at the end of October. However, it is possible, as long as the holiday park is open, to stay with a self-catering camper with us on the pitches. The sanitary building is closed, so it is only accessible to self-catering campers.
During our winter closure, it is not possible to enter the park, so not even with a self-catering campervan. The entire park will be closed then.
At the end of March, the entire campsite will reopen and so will the sanitary building. It will then be possible again to camp with all means of camping with us.

You can swim at Enkhuizerzand Swimming Pool. You can pick up your tickets in the lobby. You can check the opening times of the swimming pool on the Enkhuizerzand website. We have recently opened a beach at the holiday park, but unfortunately dogs are not allowed here.

Not all pitches or accommodation have unobstructed views over the water. This is also clearly shown on the map. Camper spaces have a view of the water, but this may be slightly obstructed by the glamping tents and normal tents in front of the pitches.

Yes, during the school holidays, the Fun Crew and/or the Fun Heroes organise fun activities for children aged 4 to 12.

Yes, holiday park EuroParcs Enkhuizer Strand has charging stations for electric cars. On Phase 1, these are located at the general car park at the rear of the park. On Phase 2, each accommodation has its own charging point, and additional charging stations are available at the general car parks.
Can I have a barbecue at my accommodation and is a barbecue available?

Barbecuing at your accommodation is allowed, provided it is not done on the veranda, on a surface covered with wood chips, or with a charcoal barbecue. It is not permitted to light an open fire or use the barbecue as a fire pit.
You are welcome to bring your own barbecue, as long as it complies with the above conditions.
We also offer barbecue and gourmet packages through A-Z. These can be ordered before 12:00 noon for delivery the following day. A minimum order of two packages applies.
Our barbecue packages include a gas barbecue, a gas bottle and barbecue tongs. The packages and barbecue will be delivered directly to your accommodation, so you can start enjoying your barbecue right away.
