EuroParcs Enkhuizer Strand is located right on the shores of the IJsselmeer. From our park, you can walk along the waterfront straight into the historic city center of Enkhuizen. Here, you’ll stay in our single-story vacation homes or on one of our spacious camping or RV sites by the water. This unique location means you can watch the boats sail by from your vacation home or campsite and are right on the dike. Because the landscape around the park is flat, you can easily explore the extensive cycling network here!

De ligging direct naast de historische binnenstad maakt het eenvoudig om Enkhuizen en de regio West-Friesland te verkennen zonder ver te hoeven reizen. Naast cultuur snuiven kun je hier heerlijk ontspannen op een terras aan de kade, de lokale winkels bezoeken of een rustige boottocht maken over het IJsselmeer.     Hiking and Biking

    From our park, you can start your ride right on the Zuiderzee Route. You’ll cycle along flat bike paths by the water or toward the nearby towns of Hoorn and Medemblik. You can rent comfortable e-bikes and city bikes with low step-through frames directly from the bike rental shop at our park.

    Het Zuiderzeemuseum

    Het Zuiderzeemuseum ligt naast ons park. Je wandelt er door een nagebouwd vissersdorp van vroeger en bekijkt oude ambachten. Voeg bij je boeking onze voordelige bijboekbundel toe met entreetickets, zodat je de toegang vooraf al geregeld hebt.

    The Port of Enkhuizen

    The compact city center, with over 300 historic landmarks, and the Drommedaris defense tower are within walking distance of your accommodations. Here you’ll find cozy outdoor cafes right on the harbor where you can relax and watch the historic sailing ships that dock here every day.

A Comfortable Stay

The vacation homes at our park are specially designed for extra convenience and accessibility—making them ideal for your senior vacation in the Netherlands! The detached homes are all on one level, feature wide doorways, and have a spacious walk-in shower. You can park your car in your own parking spot right next to your chalet’s door, so you’ll never have to walk far with your luggage or groceries. Do you prefer camping? Our camping and RV sites are spacious and easily accessible from the paved roads in our park.
