The Enkhuizen area is known for its charming villages and beautiful nature, but there is also plenty to do in terms of events! Throughout the year, numerous fun activities are organised for young and old alike.
Drom Wine Festival

On the first floor, in the Enza Zaden Room, you will find the Tasting Floor: the place where you can taste, compare, and be surprised. There are also sessions, workshops, and special tastings, all supervised by wine professionals.
Are you a novice wine lover? Then there is a mini ‘basic’ session especially for you. Want to be challenged further? Then let yourself be surprised by natural wines, food pairings, and wines with a special origin. And all of this... cleverly timed, right after Dry January.
Why are we organizing this, and with whom?
There are many wine lovers working at De Drom, and there are plenty more around us. And suddenly the question arose: “Wouldn't it be nice if we organized a wine festival at De Drom...?” Well, yes! We definitely want to.
With more ideas than was good for us, we started brainstorming and now we have a wonderful program for the very first edition of the De Drom Wine Festival.
Masquerade Ball

The Masked Ball is the Haringhoppers' night out. This is where Carnival is celebrated at its best, and you (16+) are more than welcome to join in! Come dressed up as:
your superhero
something or someone from the media
something related to this year's prince
....
There are prizes for the best/most beautiful costumes! (many prizes can be enjoyed immediately ;) ). Of course, you can also just come as yourself and enjoy the party.
Singer, DJ, Entertainer Bernard Karsten will provide the music. From the very first minute, the party tunes will be blaring from the speakers. You never knew there was so much fun party music! The Blaaskaken will of course also be there to liven up the ball.
The evening starts at 8.30 p.m. and if you want to compete for the prizes, you must be inside before 9.45 p.m. We will be partying until 2 a.m. and everyone is welcome.
New this year is that tickets will be sold online.
